Trough Screw Conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment which used to transport powder, granular and dry bulk materials. It consists of bearing seat, screw blade, screw shaft, hang bearing, conveyor casing and driven device,etc. The rotation of the blade initiated by the motor, then material transferred along the spiral to the outlets.
Screw conveyor is used in many industries, such as building materials, chemical engineering, coal, grain and oil, and fodder. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveyor powdery, granulous, and small block material, such as grain, coal, flour, cement, chemical fertilizer, and so on. It cant convey material that is easy to metamorphic, sticky, and agglomeration; Using the temperature of the environment is -20~50℃, conveying material temperature is ≤200℃.
