High-quality hot-dip galvanized steel plates are pressed into corrugated shapes using specialized equipment to create standardized molds. These plates are then punched and drilled to form standard connection holes and are assembled with high-strength bolts to construct the seed silo.

1. Warehouse board

The design of the silo plate’s thickness distribution is typically based on the equal strength theory to ensure a uniform distribution of pressure across the silo plate. The vertical friction force is carried by the reinforcing ribs, which are evenly spaced in the vertical direction within the silo, and these ribs generally have a Z-shaped columnar cross-section.

We install spherical galvanized steel pads on the connecting bolts and provide aging-resistant waterproof washers for the screw holes.

To enhance water resistance, we add aviation-specific waterproof glue strips between the silo plates. The silo also features a square maintenance door, an external ladder, and a ladder guardrail ring for safety and accessibility.

2. Warehouse capacity

For warehouses with a capacity of less than 800 tons and a diameter of less than 8.5m, the cone bottom can be made into a steel cone bottom.The steel cone bottom is composed of columns, ring beams, conical plates, tie bars, etc.

3. Warehouse roof

The roof of the warehouse is equipped with an umbrella-shaped frame. The frame material is C-type plain carbon steel. The roof of the structure is crafted from galvanized sheet tiles, and both the battens and bolts are fully galvanized to ensure corrosion resistance. The warehouse roof comes equipped with a range of features, including natural ventilation windows, manholes, warehouse roof ladders, and safety guardrails, to enhance functionality and safety.

The seed silo’s connecting screws are galvanized for corrosion resistance, ensuring easy assembly. The connections utilize aviation sealant, known for its excellent sealing capabilities.

We manufacture the wall panels of the seed silo using high-quality hot-dip galvanized corrugated sheets, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance with a high grain content.

The assembled design of the seed silo allows for later rectification and replacement and single sheets. It is repairable and modular at the same time, making it easy to dismantle and repair later, safe and efficient.
